Nestled beside the enchanting waters of Lake Pichola and bordered by the grandeur of majestic palaces, the verdant embrace of luxuriant gardens, and the stoic backdrop of the Aravalli Hills, Noorein Kapoor, embarked on a quest to pay respect to a history steeped in opulence.
A contemporary design seamlessly fuses modern elegance with a touch of Indian allure in this 5,500 sq. ft home nestled in Hebbal, North Bangalore. Designed by founder & principal designer Sunayana Rao of Soul Space Design Studio, this home is a masterstroke of design, and it embraces structural metamorphosis while maintaining artistic expression with flair.
In the serene embrace of Saral, where tranquillity whispers secrets to modernity, a visionary trinity of SILA, JCK Group, and Top Notch Realty wove the threads of innovation into a masterpiece — Inner Circle, the first ever gated villa and condo in Alibaug originally master planned by veteran architect Pinakin Patel, a few minutes shy from Mandwa Jetty.

Conjuring this Bengaluru home involved envisioning an avant-garde, modern interpretation of craftsmanship while accentuating the artistry inherent in the design that seamlessly intertwined it with vibrant hues of colour and texture.
Cast away those city blues like confetti because we’re brewing up a concoction of plans to whisk you away for the next grand escape—imagine a snug hideaway cocooned in warmth, and the tantalising scent of pine serenading the senses or a regal rendezvous, where history breathes in every stone and the palace whispers tales of splendour.

In the pursuit of a neutral haven, this residence for a cosmopolitan young family unveils a tapestry of monochromatic elegance. Crafted by Principal Designer Vinithra Amarnathan of Weespaces, it serves as a lavish, minimalist haven in South Bengaluru.
Steering clear of bold hues in this 3000 sq ft space, the design ethos revolves around cultivating a richly layered, neutral ambiance doused with luxurious warmth that extends a gracious invitation.

Giving birth to a unique style in a delightful alchemy is this apartment crafted by Creative Director & Founder, Melissa Bolivar, of House of Sui Sui Interiors. Nestled in Central London and styled by Daniela Jurado, it pulsates with excitement and innovation, fusing the opulence of Indian tradition with the minimalism of Japanese all while being kissed by contemporary British colours and materials. A fact that Melissa shares with us, “The space used to be an artist-in-residence studio in the early 1900s, later converted into an apartment.”
